New floor in the Voile Holiday Boutique!!!

There's new stuff In the Voile Holiday Boutique!! There are cute things like the shoes belts, the black top, red dress and the beautiful blue one shoulder number. But there are also some real failures. Overall its cute, but I like the other two floors better.

What do you think about the new floor, will you be buying??

I will be making an outfit ideas post with some of my fave items, so look forward to that. :)

New Voile Holiday Boutique Collection

Once again there's a new floor and a new collection in the Voile Holiday Boutique Store. There are clothes in there from the 'Ribbon and Bow' Styled outfits which I previously said that they were disappointing looking.

My favourite piece is the two tone bow frock; it's such a gorgeous colour and I think it looks really glamarous. I also like the Rust bow heels, because they're cute shoes and a bargain at only 3sd. I think the oversized bow sash is also a cute belt that can make an outfit great.

The advent calendars

As the advent calendars are almost half way through, I thought I'd tell you what I think of both the superstar, and non-superstar ones so far.

My favourite items are the owl top, 1sd, day 11, non-ss, because it was so cheap and it is simple without being boring. I also liked the pink dress, 5sd, day 6, ss, it was also available for non-ss in the starplaza and the multi-coloured jacket, free, day 8, ss, because it looks sparkly and I love sparkles.

I don't like the lamb, 2sd, day 12, non-ss, or the angel, 3sd, day 11, non-ss, both of which seem too boring for a fashion website, and it would be better if stardoll release more cute clothes for non-ss aswell as the nice items from the ss calendar.

What do you think of the calendars? Which are your favourite items so far?

New Voile Holiday Boutique Collection

A new Voile Holiday Boutique collection has been released. This collection is slightly more contemporary than the last one, and you would probably be able to wear these clothes more.

I like the turquoise "Sparkle Burst Frock", 9sd, weirdly, I think it makes my medoll look skinnier, but I think that's just because of the pattern. It is also quite cheap compared to other dresses in the Starplaza at the moment. I love the "Gold Foil Shift", 12 sd, it is perfect for Christmas and is so sparkly.

New bauble design in stardesign

Go to the stardesigner interior and you can design your own bauble to buy. It costs 3sd which is more than the normal stardoll ones, but the same price as the Voile Holiday Store one. The great thing is that it is for non-ss too, so you can make your Christmas tree perfectly co-ordinated and get it the way you want it.

It's a simple design, but looks great when you have lots of them. If you're good at the stardesign you could probably make faces on them. The only downside is that compared to the other things to buy in the stardesign, it is quite small, so you can't really make anything to complicated on there.

New Voile Holiday Boutique Shop

Go to the starplaza and you will see a special new Christmas shop called "Voile Holiday Boutique". It is selling not only clothes and accessories, but Christmas decorations for your suite too.

My favourite of the new clothes is the "Snow Lace bubble dress", although it's expensive, at 16sd, I think it's absolutely beautiful and I love the lace detailing. I also like the "Ribbon Trimmed Blouse". For 10sd, it's slightly expensive, but for something tat looks like a couture shirt, it's lovely. I don't know how you would incorporate it into an outfit, but I'm sure some fashionable people will be able to.

I also like how there are gorgeous gold and black decorations to buy. The two different "deco drop" hanging decorations are good value at 2sd each, so buy some and make your suite look like a very glamorous Christmas room. Also, "black present", a 4sd gift box would look great under your virtual tree.

So go to the new shop now and buy some stylish clothes and beautiful decorations!

Change to the superstar calendar.

The purple dress on the superstar calendar changed from $5 to $2 in one day. If you want it you should buy it now. Who knows if it will go back, or what it will change to.

Also the second item came out today, its a necklace for $3.

Advent Calendars

As it's the 1st of December, stardoll has released the advent calendars. This time there is a non-superstar calendar ( On the left picture) and a superstar calendar (On the right picture).

The gift in the non-superstar calendar is a bauble for 2sd. The gift in the superstar calendar is a purple dress. On the superstar calendar, the price says the dress is 5sd, however when I bought it, it was 2sd.

Once again, this is probably just another reason to buy superstar membership, but it's good that there is something for both superstar and non-superstars. If you are superstar you can buy either gift, but only non-superstars can buy the first one.

Hopefully there will be some stylish items to buy at reasonable prices, like in previous years. On Christmas Day last year, the gift was 25sd! I hope that this carries on this year.

Christmas decorations

The Christmas decorations available in Suite Shop, this includes ornaments for the tree, garlands and gift boxes.

They are reasonably priced, generally 1sd for a bauble, but one of them is 2sd. The gift boxes are 2 and 3sd. The wreath is 4sd and the garlands are 1, 2 and 3sd.

These decorations have been available in previous years, and I hope stardoll releases some new ones this year, in lots of colours as this will make trees look more individual to each user.

Soirée

If you look at your page, below your chat you will see a small 'Gift-O-Meter' bar. This is to measure the amount of stardolars you spend this weeked (27th - 29th November). Depending on how much you spend, you will get gifts.

It will be easy to get at least two gifts, even if you have no money, through the play and earn. Just buy two things and you will get a bag and a red bow top. I love every single one of the gifts, but especially the interior. However, you have to spend a huge 200sd in a weekend to get it. I think I'll probably get up to gift 3 as I don't really spend much.

What do you think of the Soirée Gifts? Is it just a way for stardoll to make us spend money?

Free Christmas Tree

When I logged onto stardoll today, I found a lovely surprise. There was a free Christmas Tree, a gold one for superstars and a green one for non-superstars.

As I'm superstar, I coud have either, and I almost chose the green one, but as I've already got a green one in my suite, I chose the gold one. Both are beautiful, and I prefer the star on the green one to the one on the gold one. I think that it's nice of stardoll to give something to non-superstars for once.

This truly proves that Christmas is coming!
