New St.Trinians 2 shop

To celebrate the release of the new St. Trinians film , "St Trinians II: The Legend of Fritton's gold" Stardoll has created a new shop in the starplaza. In the shop there are 7 different styles, each with a customised school uniform.

The seven different "tribes" are; "Posh Totty," "Rude Girls," "Ecos," "Head Girl," "Indies," "Flammables" and "Emos." The clothes are generally all for non-ss, but some, such as the Eco skirt and Posh Totty dress are for superstars only.

New Voile Holiday Boutique Shop

Go to the starplaza and you will see a special new Christmas shop called "Voile Holiday Boutique". It is selling not only clothes and accessories, but Christmas decorations for your suite too.

My favourite of the new clothes is the "Snow Lace bubble dress", although it's expensive, at 16sd, I think it's absolutely beautiful and I love the lace detailing. I also like the "Ribbon Trimmed Blouse". For 10sd, it's slightly expensive, but for something tat looks like a couture shirt, it's lovely. I don't know how you would incorporate it into an outfit, but I'm sure some fashionable people will be able to.

I also like how there are gorgeous gold and black decorations to buy. The two different "deco drop" hanging decorations are good value at 2sd each, so buy some and make your suite look like a very glamorous Christmas room. Also, "black present", a 4sd gift box would look great under your virtual tree.

So go to the new shop now and buy some stylish clothes and beautiful decorations!

New moodiwear designs

As it's the second week of the Moodiwear design competition on Stardoll, there are 4 new designs in the Stardesign.

There is a leotard-type outfit, on the pattern you can see lots of buttons or studs, but when you make it, they disappear. There is also a cute frilly top, which I like the design of and two pairs of trousers. The both of which are balloon style. I personally don't like them, but they may work in certain outfits.

Change to the superstar calendar.

The purple dress on the superstar calendar changed from $5 to $2 in one day. If you want it you should buy it now. Who knows if it will go back, or what it will change to.

Also the second item came out today, its a necklace for $3.

For my Princess Styled Outfits

The new saved outfits are out and are called "For My Princess". There is also a new superstar doll to go with them, called Cinderella.

I think that only two of the items in this theme are pretty, but others aren't really wearable in outfits. I think that the grey dress in the second picture is cute, because I love the detailing in the front panel. I don't like the pink dress and the jacket, this is because they look like they'd be a weird fit and the jacket looks like it's creased. I think the skirt would more be suited to the Avril Lavigne "Black Star" shop, because of the colours and style. It also doesn't really fit in with the rest of the theme. Finally, the red dress is a gorgeous colour, it's very Christmassy, and the shape is also cute.

Advent Calendars

As it's the 1st of December, stardoll has released the advent calendars. This time there is a non-superstar calendar ( On the left picture) and a superstar calendar (On the right picture).

The gift in the non-superstar calendar is a bauble for 2sd. The gift in the superstar calendar is a purple dress. On the superstar calendar, the price says the dress is 5sd, however when I bought it, it was 2sd.

Once again, this is probably just another reason to buy superstar membership, but it's good that there is something for both superstar and non-superstars. If you are superstar you can buy either gift, but only non-superstars can buy the first one.

Hopefully there will be some stylish items to buy at reasonable prices, like in previous years. On Christmas Day last year, the gift was 25sd! I hope that this carries on this year.

Christmas decorations

The Christmas decorations available in Suite Shop, this includes ornaments for the tree, garlands and gift boxes.

They are reasonably priced, generally 1sd for a bauble, but one of them is 2sd. The gift boxes are 2 and 3sd. The wreath is 4sd and the garlands are 1, 2 and 3sd.

These decorations have been available in previous years, and I hope stardoll releases some new ones this year, in lots of colours as this will make trees look more individual to each user.
