New Chat function

You might have seen on the new chat that there is a small icon by the side so you can see when someone has invited you to a party or has wrote you a message. Also, at the top there is a small flashing white light so you can see when something has happened. I much prefer this than the old one, it looks more user-friendly than the old dark pink flashing ones, that annoyed me.
